Stephen is a result-oriented, hands-on professional with over 35 years of experience in organisational development, productivity Improvement, and behavioural change. Stephen currently holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He was part of the startup team in Malaysia and Indonesia (nine years as an expatriate) in the manufacturing sector for Mattel Toys. He has acquired strong leadership skills and possesses vast experience in Manufacturing Operations, Productivity Improvement, and People Development.In addition, Stephen spent 7 years (2001-2007) dedicated to Productivity Improvement and Organisational Behavior-Change Consulting to more than 30 clients in the Asia region as an Independent Consultant for IMPAC (productivity consultancy based in USA). The task assignments was focused on Diagnosing, Designing, Delivering and Auditing the programme to ensure that all established policies, procedures, guidelines, methodologies, tools and controls are employed in delivering the needed attitudinal behavioural changes, productivity improvements and projected savings to the client. To name a few selected clients overseas, providing consulting and training service for the Siam City Cement Group (Thailand), PT. Panggung Electronic Surabaya and PT Omron Electronic, Jakarta Indonesia, focusing on Project Management Strategies, Organisation Development and Career Planning and Readiness programme.
